• Provide technical support

4. Connecting to Zoom Meetings

Our bot uses Zoom Meeting SDK to connect to online lessons. When adding the bot to a meeting:

• The bot connects as a participant named "RepetAI Bot"
• Only audio from your meeting is recorded
• Recordings are stored securely
• Audio is automatically deleted after homework generation

5. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on secure servers
• Data encryption is used during transmission and storage
• Audio recordings are automatically deleted after processing
• Only authorized personnel have access to the data

6. Data Retention Period

• Audio recordings: automatically deleted after lesson completion
• Transcriptions: deleted after homework generation
• Student information and homework: stored until account deletion
• Payment data: processed through YooKassa, we do not store card details

7. Third-Party Data Sharing

We DO NOT sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for:

• Transcription services (Faster-whisper on Vast.ai)
• AI generation services (OpenAI API, DeepSeek API)
• Payment systems (YooKassa)
• Zoom SDK (for meeting connections)
• When required by applicable law

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent to data processing
